Ulrike recently joined Beddeleem's executive management team. Bringing 18 years of experience at Deloitte, where she advised family-owned businesses, including companies in the construction sector, on growth and optimisation strategies, she adds extensive expertise in finance, controlling, process optimisation and performance management.
